California Nurses Association is in the immediate process of recruiting volunteer’s registered nurses who will be going to Haiti to help the suffering humanity. Haiti is in need of professional nurses and the national nurses association is hiring the volunteers from all around the state and it has been planned that the registered Nurses will move to Haiti within next couple of days and helps the people who are going through the biggest disaster of the area.
California Nurses Association has the experience of Hurricane Katrina. The registered relief Nurses network was formed in 2005 and it has been reported that more then 1500 Nurses has been recruited from all the country and the volunteers Nurses recruitment is still in process. The registered Nurses will be transported to Haiti with in a day or two and they will start their relief operation there.
The registered Nurses relief network is calling and asking all the registered nurses for the emergency relief mission to Haiti.
The officials of Registered Nurses relief network told that although the registered nurses has responded in a great way but they are still in need of more registered nurses to fulfill the requirement in Haiti. They said, the situation in Haiti is quite critical, the flattened buildings with homeless people and they need help and medical assistance. The Registered Nurses relief network not only working by their own but they are in contact with the other agencies as well, who are organizing the relief mission to Haiti.

I’m a RN for 32 years. I can work post op just about any surgery once they leave ICU. I can charge skilled, rehab, work ER, float into ICU/CCU. I’m also an environmental health nurse. I know alot about toxics, dump investigations, I build solar ovens for cooking from recycled materials. I only need cardboard boxes, glass window panes I can cut and file down, wheat paste glue, black tempera/charcoal and some aluminum foil but since Haiti is so close to the equator maybe not much reflector is needed. So I can work as a clinical nurse, and go out and set up a solar oven factory using recycled materials.
